My parenting journey began through the therapeutic foster care system, where I discovered my natural ability to connect with children and families. Through this experience, I built my own family through adoption, ultimately finding my incredible children, who also happen to have significant needs, including Down syndrome and autism. Now adults, they remain at home with me and require a high level of support, which continues to shape my perspective and expertise as both a parent and a coach.

My passion for helping other families thrive led me to transition into the behavioral health field, where I worked as both a 1:1 parent partner and a child, family, and team coach. Over the years, I’ve supported parents navigating the challenges of developmental delays, medical complexities, neurodiversity, and mental health diagnoses, helping them find success and stability in their parenting journeys.

I firmly believe that every parent is uniquely matched with their child, possessing something special that child needs to thrive. I also believe that a good system can solve almost any problem. My greatest joy comes from repurposing the stories of my own life to help other parents find practical, actionable solutions to their challenges. My goal is simple: every parent who works with me walks away with at least one clear step toward making their parenting journey easier.

When I’m not coaching or designing systems, I enjoy dreaming up my list of “spontaneous scenarios”—quirky, once-in-a-lifetime experiences I’d love to stumble into, like driving a Zamboni or watering the ball field before a baseball game. I’ve already checked one off the list: driving my minivan on a NASCAR track!

Parenting is hard, but with the right mindset and systems in place, it can also be beautiful, meaningful, and filled with joy. I’m here to help you build the life you and your family deserve.
